Wolf <br />Applied Environmental Services <br />1436 Tipperary <br />Boulder, CO 80303 <br />RE: File No. M-86-076, Incas Mine, Complete Application <br />Dear Mr. Wolf: <br />We have received your application for a 14ining & Reclamation Permit for your <br />combined surface & underground mining operation in La Plata County. Our <br />initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; <br />thus your application has been deemed complete ~T comment and review time <br />periods initiate from this date. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board is June 25, 1986. You should commence publication of a <br />notice of the filing of this application immediately (see enclosed notice <br />format). You must also mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of <br />surface rights of affected land and immediately adjacent land. You must <br />provide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt <br />Requested, to the MLR staff before your application can be considered by the <br />Board. You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less <br />confidential items, with the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder. Any <br />subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also <br />be made in this local government copy. <br />THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE TO <br />MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
