The total acreage of Mr. Rivera's property is 40 acres, Mr. Rivera <br />decided to permit only 9.5 acres. <br />In reference to exhibit L, I performed a site inspection on Mr. Rivera's properly on August <br />17, 2004. There are no utilities underground or overhead within 200 ft. On the Southern <br />end of the property there is an urr-maintained county road and across the road is an <br />electrical fence. Both of these are over 200 ft from were the gravel pit is being proposed. <br />The entrance to the property is off County Road C. The County Commissioners already <br />approved the access during the mining and limited impact review.
