as a possible Secondary Access Location for Construction Materials (112) Operation Reclamation

The attached pages and maps are being submitted as minor changes in the permit application as part of
the preliminary review process. Pursuant to the request made during the August 3, 2005 Preliminary
F-Iearing by the hearing officer 1Ir. Dan hIemandez concerning the abovementioned permit application,
please fmd attached the relevant "redacted" teat sections and maps from the application. As per the
agreement discussed a[ the hearing, [he applicant has removed all references to a possible second access
point to the permit area off Kinnikin Road. The access point on Kinikin Road is identified only on the
site maps as "gate". By Rule, al] man-made structures within 200 feet of the proposed permit area must be
identified and the gate is part of the fence to the east.
It is understood by the applicant, as discussed at the hearing, that with the removal of these references the
objector will withdraw his objection to the permit application "in writing" as required as soon as possible.
