The two pads will <br />be located neaz the Sylvester Gulch Topsoil Pile and the 500-yr Cleaz Water Overflow Collector <br />Channel Structure (as shown on the attached Map 53B) on property owned by MCC. Sediment control <br />is in-place and the water will be conveyed, from both pads, to SG-1 Pond via ditch DSG-2. Mudpits <br />will be located on each pad and constructed in subsoil. <br />The proposed typical well designs are attached and plug and abandonment will be the same for the <br />MDWs as for the MDWs approved in Technical Revision No. 96 and all the subsequent minor <br />revisions. The Federal Coal lease affected is COC-56447. <br />The azea has been previously disturbed and any topsoil encountered, when pushing the pads, will be <br />salvaged and placed on the Shaft Site Topsoil Stockpile. <br />Tentatively, MCC will begin drilling as soon as the minor revision to the permit is approved. <br />This submittal will be incorporated into the pemut document at Volume 11A. <br />Please notify me with the Division's bond liability estimate so that arrangements can be made should <br />the estimate exceed the current total bond amount of $11,500,000.00.
