On January 12, 2007, I received your letter that outlined some deficiencies in the submitted 112c
Construction Materials Reclamation Permit application package for the Leone Gravel Pit #2, your
&le number M-2006-085. I will answer your nosed items in the same order as presented in your
letter.
APPLICATION FORM:
A.) Page 1, Item 1 and Page 8, Signature Page: The name on the application now match and
are the same as on record with the Colorado Secretary of State's Office.
B.) The next item under application form was the statemem to ensure that the infomtation on
Page 2 Item 10 was correct. I did check and found that indeed its was the correct L1TM
Coordinates (Zone 13, 556441 Easting, 4120585 Northing), but to fill in all the blanks on
Page 2, Item 10; I have completed alt the possible styles that the Division of
Reclamation, Mining and Safety has listed on Page 2, Item 10 as follows:
