It ie not so mash a tatter chat <br />the operation could not proceed as planned without doing harm to the <br />ditch, but the poasib311ty for ditch damage Pram post-mining end pre- <br />stabiliaetion erosion are ranch greater -- net to mention the damage <br />potential from mining itself. If you could move the minOrg area to Lie <br />higher terrace south of about the 6000 foot contour, the miaing mould <br />be greatly simplified, volume of materiel nearly equal, sad potential <br />for environmentei problems greatly reduced. <br />I would like you to Consider these thonghta. Where you mine is your <br />choice.
