Therefore, in accordance with Section <br />1.53 of the NLRB Rules and Regulations, Cotter Corpora- <br />tion hereby requests a pre-consideration conference on <br />a date commensurate with the established guidelines. <br />Cotter Corporation appreciates the opportunity for tr.~is <br />discussion. The results of the meeting will be a swift <br />response by our staff to any deficiencies found in tt'..e <br />application.
