of H-G Coal Company Permit No. C-0030-80 tt~e following reply is offered:

Enclosed you will find an aerial photograph of the H-G Coal Company
mining area Cakes an July 22, 1970. 1'he photo illustrates that
prior to any mining, Cleat tlic land use was wildlife and domestic
gcazing. Also [he ]and use was not changed during the 5 years prior
to initial mining activities.
2. POSTtI1IJItJC TOPOGI2APIIY P1AP-RULE 2.05.4(2)(c)
The postmining tupograplry maps are located in the H-C Coal Company
Permit as follows:

3. ALLUVIAL VALLEY FLOOR-RULE 2.06.8
Enclosed you will. find IJ-G Coal Company's response to the Alluvial
Valley Floor requirement.
Also enclosed yon will find check No. 5543 in the amount of $2,500.00.
This check will replace check fJO. 5435 which will he returned to us.
