Anzone 86001 <br />{eoz{ naszss <br />Peabody Coal Company intends to initiate Phase II of the <br />baseline overburden assessment at the Yoast area by June 1, <br />1940. Peabody requests the Division review the enclosed <br />scope of work that will be used to complete the baseline <br />overburden assessment. <br />The enclosed sampling plan is based upon site-specific <br />overburden conditions that occur at the Yoast study area. A <br />refined parameter list is proposed to focus on site-specific <br />concerns and to eliminate unwarranted analyses costs. <br />Your response to this proposed sampling program is requested <br />prior to June 1, 1990. <br />Sincerely, <br />Gary W.
