This memo contains my adequacy comments regarding the <br />topic of subsidence. My earlier memo of March 6, 1996, presented my adequacy <br />comments regarding the other geotechnical topics. <br />I have attempted to prepare my geotechnical adequacy comments in the electronic format <br />you specified.
