U l'!C, P,= In reference to the inspection report dated June 17, 1982, (and received in this office July 9, 1982), these reports should in the future be addressed to J.J. Gabossi, Mine Superintendent, in accordance with W. S. Tate's letter to Thomas Gillis, dated December 18, 1981. We under- stand that this was a period of personnel change in your office as well as ours, so it's quite possible that this change was never officially recorded. In addition, there are a couple of problems with the report itself. The operator is Blue Ribbon Coal Company rather than Western Associated Coal Corp., see 2.03.4(1)(e). The address is P. 0. Box 58, Delta, Colorado, 81416; the Star Route Box 31A address is no longer valid, in accordance with our letter to Mined Land Reclamation requesting the transfer of the Blue Ribbon permit from Sunflower Energy to Blue Ribbon Coal Company, dated May 20, 1981, and also 2.03.4(1)(a). The Division should be advised that automatic forwarding to us of mail addressed to Star Route Box 31A is no longer in affect, and that mail so addressed will be returned.
