DeDI. Of Ai3tural R?SO~Im@~ <br />A detailed review of the draft decision document from CMLRD, March 19, 1982, <br />has been completed. In order to properly respond to issues raised in the <br />document before the Division's proposed decision is published, Powderhorn <br />Coal Company proposes and commits to the following: <br />1. Development of a response plan. This plan is provided as an attach- <br />ment to this letter. <br />2. lfeet with CMLRD on the response plan on April 28, 1982 or as soon <br />thereafter as it can be scheduled for yourself and other CMLRD staff. <br />3. Deliver to CMLRD a formal response to the findings document provided by <br />both the Powderhorn staff and various outside consultants on May 7, 1982. <br />4. Meet with CPILRD on any remaining issues related Co the formal response <br />on May 13, 1982; thus completing Powderhorn's obligation in meeting the <br />Division's schedule for publication of the proposed decision. <br />In the attached response plan, information has been organized to first give the <br />Powderhorn position on general provisions. Next, comments on the summary of the <br />review process follow.
