Decision Package for the Carbon Junction Mine (our File C-92-080>. Notice of
the proposed decision will be published in the Durango Herald commencing next
Wednesday, June 30, 1993. The first publication will initiate the thirty-day
public comment period for the Division's decision.
Oakridge Energy, Inc. should submit their bond (in the amount of $816,526.00)
on forms approved by the Division approximately two weeks prior to the end of
the public comment period in order for the Division to review the bond forms
in a timely manner prior to permit issuance.
