P1cMindes <br />'de nave received your application/r?(~dfi)~fi application for a permit to conduct <br />coal mining in Colorado. Uur initial review indicates that all preliminary <br />items required oy the Colorado Surface Coal ~~lining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. <br />1973, 34-33-1U1 et s~e~. have oxen suoimitted. Thus, your application has been <br />deemed complete or the purposes of filing on this date. ;',11 review and <br />commeni periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate rr"rain this Date of filing. <br />Unless notification to the contrary accompanies this latter,, the oroposed <br />ne~.vspaper advertisement submitted with the application has been found to be <br />satisfactory. You should commence publication of this advertisement as <br />specified in Rule 2.U 7.3(2) of the Regulations. Proof of the publication of <br />the advertisementlnust be filed with the Division nut later than four weeks <br />after the last publication date. <br />A copy of the application, less confidential items, must be filed for puolic <br />inspection with the appropriate public office as specified by you on the <br />application form. Any subsequent changes or additions to the application must <br />also be made in this local government copy. <br />The staff is currently reviesving your application to determine whether the <br />items you have submitted are adequate in terns of meeting the requirements of <br />the Act and Regulations. Additional information may be required for purposes <br />of adequacy.
