In regards to the proposed news- <br />paper advertisement, it must also include the exact location and <br />boundaries of the proposed permit area and the name of the U.S.G.S. <br />7.5 minute quandra7Tgle map which contains the area described. <br />In addition, we are requesting a brief discussion for the sections <br />which are to be retained as confidential, enumerating the reasons <br />why they should be considered confidential. This brief will be <br />utilized in the event that the propriety of maintaining the <br />confidentiality of these sections is questioned. <br />This request is being made of all operators who submit confidential <br />information, and does not effect the completeness finding.
