Dept. of Natural Resource <br />In regards to our phone conversation of last week concerning the <br />clarification of debri disposal at the B1ve.Ribbon Mine. It is the <br />intention of the Blue Ribbon Coal Co. to dispose of mass movement <br />material at the site adjacent to the sediment pond No. 2 and in <br />areas that may need improvements of drainage within the permit <br />boundary limits. These areas may include the re-establishment of berms <br />or embankments, the filling of depressions or ditches.
