Ui N:aiurci ka~c~r;,t; RE: Foidel Creek Permit Revision Application C-056-82 Dear Ms. Emrich: The enclosed material is in response to your adequacy review letters dated February 17, February 22 and February 25, 1983 as well as applicable changes to update the above mentioned application with the most recent design changes which were discussed with your agency on Thursday, February 24, 1983 in a meeting held at your office. Each deficiency, as identified by your staff, is followed by our response to that item. Whenever possible, previously approved material has been referenced inorder to facilitate the approval process. Those items that require change(s) in the originally submitted C-056-82 application will have that page(s), which the change is applicable to, included in this material. The revised material will be printed in "bold" lettering to denote what portion of the applicable response has been revised with this submittal. Upon notification that the enclosed material adequately addresses your staff's concerns, the revised and/or additional material will be incorporated into the original C-056-82 Permit Revision Applications which were submitted to your office on September I0, 1982. Responses to the various requests do not necessarily constitute an admission that the materials requested are required by the Regulations.
