This item was presented as <br />a "no problem ratification" whereby it was recommended to the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board that they ratify the sediment control plan as presented <br />in the Sutherland, Ricketts, and Rindahl submission with the conditions as <br />outlined in my April 9, 1981 letter to you. The Board ratified the plan <br />with no additional conditions.
