The <br />letter from Mr. Blouch dated July 9, 1977 listed the <br />property at $50,000. tJe then received a letter on <br />July 12, 1977 from you raising the price to $75,000, a <br />50% increase. At that time we advised Mr. Blouch the <br />Company did not have any need for the property. However, <br />if, upon successful attainment of a federal lease and if <br />the Company needed the property, the Company would be back <br />in touch with Mr. Blouch or you. <br />For your information, from the commencement of this project <br />the Company communicated with the citizens in public meetings <br />held at Paonia High School. The Company spelled out in detail <br />its construction plans and also was receptive to suggestions/ <br />comments received from various citizens. It is unfortunate <br />that you were not personally aware of our plans. <br />IJe will also let any other interested persons and/or employees <br />know that your property is available for sale.
