Unfortunately during the current transition period things on our end <br />have been somewhat confusing. Due to this fact I would like to inform the <br />Division that all matters dealing with inspections, permit reviews and annual <br />reports at the Mine should be directed to Larry Damrau who has recently accepted <br />a position with EFC as our Permitting Coordinator. I[ is our belief that our <br />relationship can he improved 1E the members of your staff know wito their contact <br />person a[ EFC should he. <br />Mike P1cCartlty will continue to handle the Legal chores for EFC, so your <br />staff can feel free to contact him if the need arises. We are also hoping that <br />[he current avenues of communir_a[ion between our specific specialists can be <br />maintained as in the past. <br />Hopefully by making preliminary contact with Larry, the confusion about who <br />your people should ask fur will be eliminated. In the event that Larry is not <br />at the mine I would ask that your staff contact me or in my absence Kent Watson, <br />our Chief Engineer. <br />It is our belief that we will both be able to work more effectively if <br />these suggestions are followed.
