Dept. of Natural Resources <br />The following responses to issues and stipulations in the draft decision <br />document are being transmitted to the Division this date: <br />Legal, Financial, and Compliance - A statement explaining the relationship <br />between Western Associated Coal Corp. and Powderhorn Coal Company. <br />Cultural and Historic Resources - A determination from the State Historic <br />Preservation Officer (SHPO) regarding site location with respect to the mine plan. <br />Roads - Reference to design calculations for road culverts and drainage <br />ditches. Report and calculations for two steel-pipe arches where Coal Creek <br />crosses the Cameo Mine access road. Report and design review for three dip- <br />sections. <br />Your timely review and acceptance of these responses is appreciated.
