Zhe two ponds discussed aze or will be larger than two <br />acre-feet and are located in anover-appropriated pazt of the Trout Creek <br />basin. Rite applicants should, therefore, be required to provide a mechanism <br />to reduce the reservoir level to two acre-feet or provide replacement water by <br />means of a Water Court approved plan for augmentation.
