Zhe two ponds discussed aze or will be larger than two
acre-feet and are located in anover-appropriated pazt of the Trout Creek
basin. Rite applicants should, therefore, be required to provide a mechanism
to reduce the reservoir level to two acre-feet or provide replacement water by
means of a Water Court approved plan for augmentation. The augmentation plan
could reflect the fact that the ponds will eventually fill in.
HDS/JRH:ma
cc: Wes Signs, Div. F2~g.
