Central Expressway, Suite 175, Dallas, TX 75231, was deemed complete <br />for the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in <br />the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of <br />filing. <br />The applicant proposes to reclaim underground coal mining operations in <br />Township 8 South, Range 101 West of the 6th Principle Meridian <br />NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 29 <br />NE 1/4 Section 30 <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Ruby Lee Reservior. A copy of the application is available for public <br />inspection at the Mesa County Courthouse, ,Grand Junction, CO. Written <br />comments, objections or requests for an informal conference on the application <br />may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division, ]313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567. Written comments. objections or requests for an informal <br />conference must be filed at the Division within 30 days after the last public <br />notice.
