This letter should be inserted into Volume VI. <br />2. Enclosed is the Additional Geotechnical Investigation -Coal Mme Waste Bank -February <br />12, 1997 prepared by WESTEC. This document should be inserted into Volume VII, Tab <br />8. The introduction for Volume VII was also revised.
