Box 226 <br />Delta, Colorado 81426 <br />RE: Initial Response to Draft Findings Docwnent, File No. C-034-81 <br />Dear Mr. Reschke: <br />Based on our staff's initial review of the response dated November 8, <br />1983, we have the following comments: <br />1. Responses to Stipulation No. 6 and Stipulation No. 7 have <br />completely resolved those permit deficiencies., and the findings <br />document will be revised to reflect that fact. <br />2. Stipulation No. 4 will be revised to allow this year's hydrologic <br />report to the submitted within 60 days of permit issuance. <br />3.
