Deft ci~Jafurat Resources <br />Blue Ribbon has been operating on a technical revision which allowed <br />development of the 1 North panel beyond the north line of lot 21 of Section <br />35, T12s, R91w, 6th p.m. That panel has been developed and retreated back <br />into said lot 21. Mining for the next ninety (90) day period will consist <br />of completion of retreat mining of the 1st North panel all in said lot 27. <br />and new development entries driven north from the existing East Mains in <br />either lot 21 or lot 20. <br />Since all mining before finalization of the new permit application <br />C-047-81 will take place in areas included in the previous CMLRD permit <br />76-6-UG/C, there should be no reason to apply for an additional technical <br />revision. <br />Yours truly, <br />Marv Adam <br />Chief Engineer-Delta Operations <br />/lr <br />cc: J.
