Harris Coal Company. Thfs <br />decision was also upheld in District Court on April 15, 1987. <br />As of May la, 1992 CMLRD has not received the required bond in the amount of <br />ten thousand dollars. CMLRD would like to know your intentions, specifically <br />with regards to reclamation of the Mt. Harris Loadout Facility.
