RE: Storm King Mines (C-84-065) Completeness
In the completeness review of vegetation baseline information, fish and
wildlife baseline Information, and fish and wildlife mitigation plan, I
identified two completeness deficiencies.
1. The applicant has not provided any baseline vegetation data from the 1981,
1982, or 1983 studies.
2. The applicant has not provided information regarding the proposed design
of electric transmission and power lines to minimize electrocution to raptors.
