This document serves two purposes. First, it identifies those <br />issues which have yet to be resolved, and second, it contains the draft <br />findings of compliance required for permit issuance. At this time, a <br />decision to either approve or deny the permit application has not been rrede. <br />The final decision will depend on whether the issues identified in this <br />document are resolved in a timely manner. <br />The Division encourages you to respond to as many of the stipulations as <br />possible before the Division issues its proposed decision to approve or <br />deny your permit. <br />Also. enclosed is a list of those deficiencies which Powderhorn Coal Company <br />must resolve prior to issuance of the proposed decision by the Division. <br />A number of these deficiencies are included in the draft findings document <br />and some are not included, but are attached to the document. <br />Please contact the Division when you are prepared to respond to the remaining <br />deficiencies so we can set up a meeting to qo over the proposed responses. <br />If you have any questions, please call.
