Cox <br />RE: Review of Responses to the PAR for the Foidel Creek Mine Permit <br />Revision Application, File No. C-056-82 <br />In my review of the responses to the PAR and the permit revision <br />application, I have identified several inadequacies. The most critical <br />inadequacy in the application is the lack of an adequate section on <br />probable hydrologic consequences of mining (PHC).
