The Soil Conservation Service revised the defini- <br />tion of an alluvial valley floor September 6, 1978 as follows: <br />It is unconsolidated stream laid depoeites where enough water <br />ie available for eubirrigetion or flood irrigation pertaining <br />to agricultural activities.
