The comments pertain to the Lorencito Canyon Coal Mine permit application currently <br />being reviewed in our office. <br />We are reviewing these comments in accordance with Sections 2.05.6 (2) (Mitigation of the Impacts <br />of Mining Operations-Fish and Wildlife Plans) and 4.18 (Protection of Fish, Wildlife and Related <br />Environmental Values) of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal <br />Mining. <br />We will notify you once we determine what sections (if any) of the Lorencito Canyon Mine <br />application need further revision.
