It is not clear that the requirement for submitting
Land Use Map according to Rule 2.04.3(2)(a) has been
met. A map specifying the current land use(s) and,
if applicable, the historic land use(s) must be identified.
2. In accordance with Rule 2.05.4(2)(c), a map of the
Post Mining Topography must be identified.
3. The application does not address properly for completeness
the requirement for Alluvial Valley Floors. Rule 2.06.8(3)(b)
requires an investigation of the adjacent areas of the
mining operation as well as the permit area for the
identification of possible Alluvial Valley Floors. The
application does not address Alluvial Valley Floors
other than the statement on the permit application
that none are within the permit area.
If you have questions concerning this matter, please feel free to call
this office and we will assist you.
Si erely, ~
~ ~ C'G;~y Seri to
~~~~~~ r 5(.ce /~~~`r' [~ ears cecL~
Sue Mowry `~ y V
/ ?c~ 1~uz 771
~i..
