Maus RE: Vacation/Relocation of a Portion of County Road 179 <br />County Attorney <br />Box 9040 <br />a~gotoo Dear Ms Emrich: <br />Eunice Dorr <br />Clerk of the Board At 1:30 P.M. on Monday, October 8, 1984, a~~public hearing <br />Box 936 was held before the Routt County Commissioners concerning <br />see-t~to the proposed permanent relocation of a portion of Routt <br />County Road No. 179. The time and purpose of the hearing <br />was published in the Steamboat Pilot for two weeks prior <br />to the hearing. <br />Larry Damrau of Getty Mining Company was the sole public <br />participant at the hearing. Following certain discussions <br />between Larry Damrau and the Commissioners, a motion to <br />approve the permanent relocation of County Road No. 179 to <br />a portion of the Fish Creek Tipple Haulroad was unanimously <br />approved by the Commissioners.
