Wyoming Fuel Company is
planning mine development for the first or second week in October.
This timing is very critical since it will be necessary to remove
topsoil prior to the first heavy frost. In an effort to avoid
permitting delays because of bonding, Mike Kolin will be happy
to discuss bonding at your earliest convenience. Please contact
myself or Mike Kolin if you have further questions regarding our
permanent program permit application.
Sincerely,
David M.
