Briefly describe the type of service to be purchased and identify who is the direct <br />beneficiary. <br />Engineering Services to develop a regrading and hydrologic reclamation plan <br />for the OC 112 Mine near Gunnison. Work will be paid by the Small Operator's <br />Assistance Program and benefit the mine operator. <br />2. Are there any specific statutory citations which require an outside contractor to provide <br />this service? [f yes, cite statute. <br />34-33-112 C.R.S. 1973 <br />3. Identify the specialized skills that are being purchased. <br />Engineering, surveying, hydrologic modeling <br />4. Is there an existing state class for this service?
