Coal is trucked from
the site for shipment of test burns to prospective customers
via rail. The siding encompasses 2.75 acres and existed
prior to our use. The siding is leased from the Burlington
Northern Railroad and is paid monthly for twelve months and
can be cancelled with 30 days prior notice.
As noted above, the siding existed prior to our use and as
such had received a certain degree of prior disturbance. Due
to the insignificant surface area and relatively flat
terrain, sediment control should not be necessary. Further
reclamation of the siding upon termination of its use will
include removal of any coal and dressing up of the general
area.
If you require any additional information, please don't
hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
~ ~~~
Rade H.
