Our initial review indicates <br />that all preliminary items required b~• the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Dlining Reclamation Act, CRS 1973 .i4-33-101 et. sec., have been sub- <br />mitted; thus your application has been deema3 complete for the <br />purposes of filing on this date. All review and comment periods as <br />provided in the Act and the Regulations promulgated thereunder <br />initiate frcm this date of filing. <br />Unless notification *_o the contrary accompanies this letter, the <br />proposed net•rspaper advertisement submitted tdith the application has <br />been found to be satisfactory. 1'ou should commence publication of <br />this advertisement as specified in Rule 2.07..i(Z) of the Regulations. <br />Proof of the publication of the advertisement must be filed with the <br />Division not later than Four weeks after the last publication date. <br />A copy of the application, less confidential items, must be filed <br />for public inspection faith the appropriate public office as specified <br />by you on the application form.
