General The application is well organized and relatively easy to use. In many cases, however, the narrative is very brief and, as indicated below, additional detail is requested to allow us to better understand your proposed operation. Rule 2.03.4(5) Referring to Ownership Piap No. 8, it appears that the permit area encounters the north line of Section 29 somewhat east of the platted area for which details of ownership are provided. There is, in other words, additional area contiguous to the permit area whose ownership should a7 so be identified. Rule 2.03.9 Posting of the required insurance coverage must be made before the permit can be issued. Rule 2.04.6 (1 )(b)(i) Under the headings "Design of Test Boring Program" and "Overview", the permit area is indicated to be 38.2 acres and Phases 1 and 2 to be 9.5 and 6.6 acres, respectively. These figures differ from figures provided in the permit application form as well as in other sections of the application document.
