In consulta- <br />tion with Carol Palhke, I have determined the nature of the confiden- <br />tial information in the files and can com~ey bonding information o you. <br />Please find enclosed a copy of our (Mined Land Reclamation Division) <br />bonding agreement with Trinidad Basin Mining Company. (current oper- <br />ators in section 22), and a copy of the bank's irrevocable letter of <br />credit. In order to determine the exact nature of any real interest <br />held by Mr. Wiggins in this bond, you will need to contact the First <br />National Bank of Trinidad, (holder of bond) as the specifics are not <br />in our agreeli)ent. <br />Also enclosed is a copy of our succession of operators from Triad <br />Industries to Trinidad Basin Mining Inc., and a copy of our Develop- <br />ment and Extraction Mining Permit issued to Triad Industries.
