Banta. <br />Division Drtector <br />The Division has issued a mining and reclamation permit to Rimrock Coal <br />Company for the Rimrock Strip Mine. The permit will not become effective <br />until the Division has received and accepted a reclamation bond in the amount <br />of ;53,000.00. The operation is a surface coal mine located near Trinidad in <br />Las Animas County, Colorado. The coal to be mined is privately owned and the <br />surface to be affected is privately owned. A copy of the permit is enclosed, <br />pursuant to Rule 2.07.4(2)(C).
