The depletion may
affect four endangered species of fish in the Colorado River.
Bowie Resources Limited hereby commits to implement the
conservation measures the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service believes
are necessary to mitigate the affect the depletion may have on the
four endangered species. The conservation measures include a one
time contribution of $1,669.88 to the National Fish and Wildlife
Foundation. The amount of the contribution is calculated by
multiplying the estimated depletion of 121.8 acre feet by a
contribution factor of $13.71 per acre foot of depletion.
Sincerely,
. `4U _ /~_
Jim S1t~o~v/e~~r• ~,~ P .
