Given the low volumes of water which would be
necessary to treat (<750 gpd /portal complex), we have shifted course and plan to install septic
systetns in the event that a bath house would be constructed. We are in the process of filing with
Las Anitnas Counry to accommodate such construction and will send a copy of those applications
when they are submitted.
I talked with Dan Beley today who asked that Lorencito Coal Company file an additional two-page
application form for the stormwater plan. This is being sent to the company manager for
signature and will be in your offices next week.
5990 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. • Suite 250 • Englewood, Colorado 801 I l
Phone (303) 850-0930 Fan (303) 721-9298
