As a result,
Dorchester Coal Company intends to obtain a CMLR permit for
those lands as specified in its current application on file
in your offices.
In order to respond to your present adequacy letter and provide
you with accurate and current information, Dorchester Coal is
requesting an extended time period to obtain the additional data
required by CMLR. We feel that, due to the unusual permitting
situation at The Fruita Mines, further discussion between CMLR and
Dorchester Coal Company may be needed.
Please feel free to call for further discussion of this proposal
or to set a date for a meeting at the CMLR or DCC offices.
Sincerely,
~,i
Darrel Hespe
Environmental Coordinator
DH:skh
'4 Cuhur6a n• nl Dnrrhnurr Gay fl vtv vannn
