Not all of the concerns raised in our May 29th letter have been <br />satisfactorily addressed. Therefore, it is necessary for the Division to <br />formulate this adequacy letter, <br />The Division will be in Durango during the week of July 7th. May we suggest <br />that a meeting be held in the late afternoon/early evening of July 9th <br />(Wednesday) to go over Blue Flame's responses to the attached document. This <br />meeting should greatly assist Blue Flame in finalizing the outstanding <br />adequacy issues. Please contact the Division to set up a convenient time and <br />place for this meeting. <br />As with our previous adequacy letters, our comments have been broken down by <br />regulation. As previously discussed with Mr. Tim Meiers, it is acceptable to <br />respond in letter format to the attached document.
