Work is being done <br />to re-permitt the Tipple and Shop area. I explained to you why I had <br />not removed the equipment from the south side and Fan area. In your <br />report you mentioned two other areas we had never discussed before and <br />I don't understand this and where I vas to move this equipment too. <br />It's too bad I could not have been there when you made your Inspection. <br />I vas here July the 9th. <br />Now that the mine has been sold and the new area for permitting at <br />the Tipple area has been determined, if any of the equipment is outside <br />that area tt will be moved within the permitted area. <br />The Fan and Nest Portal area has been completed. The Division should <br />consider bond release on the work that has been accomplished at this time. <br />Considering r_he circumstances more ttme should be given on your September <br />1st deadline.
