This inspection report letter was <br />prepared for the operator by their consultant, Norman L. Ringhand, P.E. <br />of Robillard & Nssociates, Inc. <br />In the future, the inspection report should include a specific <br />statement verifying that the East Dump is being constructed in accordance <br />with the approved plans.
