The <br />Division has completed all the findings required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act. <br />Based on those findings, the Division will propose to approve your <br />application. The steps that remain to be finalized are: 1) typing the draft <br />findings document, 2) review of the draft findings document by Storm King, 3) <br />typing the final findings document, and 4) publication of the proposed <br />decision.
