We are thinking that it may be most strategic <br />to issue an approval with stipulations which would prohibit construction of <br />the ridge top removal portion of the permit, until site specific verification <br />of geotechnical data could occur at the locations of proposed excess fill <br />construction sites. <br />we know that it is important to limit the number and scope of stipulations. <br />And we think that this proposal does not go far beyond that goal. We would, <br />however, like to talk to you about why we think this is the best choice. If <br />you agree with our assessment then we will move forward in that vein. If <br />not, then we need to discuss alternatives which you can be comfortable with. <br />I have some time on my schedule on Wednesday morning.
