We are <br />requesting an extension of the deadline to June 30. We will be <br />submitting the remaining responses to the Division on June 21. <br />Seneca is also asking that we be made aware of the outcome of <br />whether or not there will be a public meeting on the proposed <br />permit boundary. we appreciate the Division making every effort to <br />reach this new deadline. <br />Please contact me if you or any other members of the Division have <br />any questions concerning this request or materials submitted to <br />date. <br />Sincerely, <br />.
